Designing Sound which tells a story
Music
Music is a very powerful tool in all media, particularly in films and games and have a critical role in evoking emotions.
I have been playing piano from a young age and enjoy composing my own melodies. Recently I have been experimenting with pitch, tempo and scales to understand how my pieces evoke different emotions. I was inspired by the recent research done by UC Berkley scientists who identified 13 key emotions that are triggered when we listen to music, mapping thousands of songs to the different emotions in an interactive audio map.
Courses I studied:
DJ Course - London Sound Academy (LSA) Camden - 2019, fundamental skills and theory on the industry standard Pioneer DJ equipment and software.
Hard Skills: Writing notes, learning the piano
Soft skills: Composing
My composed music
